Oregon Pride in Business (ORPIB) is seeking a creative, organized communications professional to become our Communications Ops Chair. This person will manage communications projects that increase awareness, drive membership purchases, and engage ORPIB community members. This position is an excellent fit for someone who would like to gain experience in multi-channel media management and campaign execution, as well as advancing as a thought leader in communications within the LGBTQ+ business community in Oregon and SW WA.

These community members will lead ORPIB’s membership programs, help facilitate an organized association management software (AMS), and foster connections with membership throughout Oregon.

An ideal candidate for this role is interested in engaging with small groups to provide general guidance and support. This skillset is transferable to roles like events specialist, facilitators, and other facilities-related roles.

The Program Committee Chair will contribute to Oregon Pride in Business’ overall success by helping to shape member benefits and increase member engagement.
