Session Description: Facilitating isn’t just about showing up and commanding a room. If you think it’s just about your presence and ability to control a room, you’re likely not truly reaching your audience. Facilitating is about caring for participants and their learning goals. This session will offer real practice and support around the ability to read the room, feel a vibe shift, and pivot to re-connect de-escalate or both.
