The Equal Rights for All Campaign is thrilled to invite queer-owned and inclusive businesses to participate in our Bites for Rights fundraiser on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Learn more and sign up here.

Equal Rights for All is a 2026 ballot measure campaign to affirm reproductive freedom, transgender rights, and same-gender marriage equality in the Oregon Constitution. Learn more about our campaign at equalrightsoregon.com.

We are inviting all inclusive Oregon restaurants, bars, cafes, dessert shops, dispensaries and other businesses to support our efforts by donating generously to the June 26 event.  This is an opportunity for your business to demonstrate your values to your community, and receive promotion through our campaign platforms.

June 12 - Final deadline for businesses to register online to participate at equalrightsoregon.com/bite

June 26 - Bites for Rights event day

Commitment levels:

We are asking businesses to register online and pre-pay their contribution to participate at the suggested levels below. Basic Rights Oregon, the Equal Rights for All campaign and additional collaborating organizations will heavily promote the event in the month or so leading up to event day in order to drive participation. Suggested pre-paid contribution levels:

$300 Small Business (between 1 and 10 employees)

$500  Medium Business (between 10 and 50 employees)

$1,000  Large Business (between 50 and 150 employees) 

$2,500  Multi-location Large Business (150 employees and up)

$5,000  Major Event Sponsor
