Calm, Center, Focus: Aikido Multnomah Aikikai is a dojo (school) in Portland, Oregon. We provide training in the Japanese martial arts of Aikido and Iaido. Through mindful embodied practice, body awareness is awakened, the mind is sharpened, and the spirit is nourished. We value sustainable movement practice - cultivating and continually maturing these qualities: centered, connected, whole, lively and open.
